  • “Client”, “User”, “You”, “Your” refers to any individual or business using our website or purchasing services.

  • “Services” means Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and all related digital marketing services as outlined on our website.


2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with CLICKPULSE LIMITED, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • You will comply with all relevant local, national, and international laws regarding use of our services.


3. Scope of Services

We provide PPC advertising and digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Landing Page Optimization

  • Keyword Research & Ad Copywriting

  • Social Media PPC Advertising

  • Google Ads Campaign Management

Services are provided based on selected packages, timelines, and deliverables agreed upon during onboarding.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and timely information.

  • Granting necessary access (e.g., to ad accounts, analytics platforms, or landing pages).

  • Making timely payments as agreed.

  • Reviewing and approving creative assets or strategy proposals within the agreed timeframe.

  • Avoiding unauthorized changes to campaigns while under management.

Failure to cooperate or provide essential information may delay results or service delivery and may void refund eligibility.


5. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in advance for all services unless specified otherwise.

  • Ongoing services may be billed monthly or as per agreed terms.

  • Payment methods include major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or through invoicing.

  • Non-payment or chargebacks may result in service suspension or legal action.


6. Service Duration and Delivery

  • Service timelines depend on the selected package.

  • Campaign setup generally begins within 2–5 business days after payment and receipt of required access and information.

  • Deliverables, reporting frequency, and optimization intervals will be outlined during onboarding.


7. Campaign Results and Disclaimer

While we aim to maximize ad performance, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., conversions, leads, revenue, ranking, or impressions). Performance can vary based on factors outside our control, including:

  • Market competition

  • Platform algorithm changes

  • User behavior

  • Industry trends

  • Budget constraints

We are not liable for campaign underperformance where best practices have been applied.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All materials created by CLICKPULSE LIMITED (including ad creatives, reports, written content, and campaign data) remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.

  • Clients retain rights to any existing materials they provide.

  • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or exploit any service-related content without written permission.


9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential or proprietary information shared during the engagement private and not to disclose it to third parties unless required by law.


10. Third-Party Platforms

CLICKPULSE LIMITED may manage or place ads on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok. While we manage campaigns, we do not control or operate these platforms and are not responsible for their outages, errors, or policy changes.

Any ad spend paid directly to third parties is not included in our service fees and is non-refundable.


11. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

  • Update these Terms and Conditions as required.

You are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of those changes.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the last 3 months.


13. Termination of Services

CLICKPULSE LIMITED may terminate a service agreement if:

  • There is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

  • The client becomes abusive, uncooperative, or misuses services.

  • Payments are overdue by more than 10 business days.

Clients may also terminate their contract with 14 days written notice, subject to cancellation policies.


14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.


15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any signed service agreements, represent the entire agreement between CLICKPULSE LIMITED and the client.
