However, due to the nature of digital and service-based products, our refund policy is structured to balance fairness, business integrity, and effort invested in service delivery.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund and Return Policy.
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
If you have paid for a service and it has not been initiated or delivered within the agreed timeframe (without a valid reason or communication from us), you may request a full refund.
If the delivered PPC service deviates significantly from the scope outlined in the agreed proposal, plan, or package, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund after an internal review.
If we experience technical or platform-related issues that result in campaign errors, mismanagement, or unapproved spending not caused by client settings or interference, a partial refund may be issued.
If you are classified as a consumer under UK law, and you purchased a service for personal use rather than for a business, you may be entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase — provided work has not yet started. Once services begin, this right may be forfeited.
We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Change of Mind: Once services have commenced and resources allocated, a change of mind is not sufficient for a refund.
Client Delay or Non-Responsiveness: If service delivery is delayed due to lack of access, approvals, or response from the client, refunds will not be issued.
Performance-Based Expectations: We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., a number of leads, sales, or ROI) and therefore do not offer refunds based on performance dissatisfaction alone.
Third-Party Costs: Refunds will not be issued for ad spend or budget paid directly to third-party platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
To request a refund, please follow the steps below:
Contact Us: Email your request to info@clickpulse.org with “Refund Request” in the subject line.
Provide Details: Include your full name, date of purchase, service details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documents or screenshots.
Internal Review: We will assess your request within 7 working days and may contact you for additional information.
Decision Notification: Once reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your request.
Approved Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
Clients can request to cancel a service or ongoing subscription at any time by contacting us. However:
If cancellation occurs before the service has begun, a full refund may be issued.
If cancellation occurs after work has started but before delivery, a pro-rated refund may be provided based on the work completed.
If cancellation occurs after full delivery, no refund will be issued.
Ongoing subscriptions (if applicable) should be cancelled at least 3 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
We encourage open communication. If you’re dissatisfied with a service, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in service termination and possible legal action if services were already delivered.
